How OffMarket Deck works

Four things to know: search stays free, listings show how fresh they are, posts go through a light review, and alerts are opt-in. Nothing here replaces your own title work and underwriting.

1. Search the public marketplace first. Start from nationwide search, a state on the home page, a city or state hub, or trending to see what other investors are opening. No account required to browse, filter, or open a listing.
2. Filter like an investor, not a tourist. Strategy, state, city, price, beds, rehab level, and type map to the way most teams run deal flow. Sort by newest or by price to match how you are buying this week.
3. Post a deal for free when you have a real lead. Submit goes through a quick spam-and-quality check; once live, the listing gets the same cards and shareable URL as the rest of the index.
4. Add email alerts if you want nudges. On Alerts you can sign up for future drops. Browse never becomes paywalled for alert users.
